Inspired by Pantone’s 2025 Color of the Year: Mocha Mousse
Hello there friends, it’s Nina-Marie Trapani here with you and today I have a special birthday card to share, inspired by Pantone’s 2025 Color of the Year: Mocha Mousse!
In this video I will be walking you through how I used our Simon exclusive Big Birthday Cake stencil and coordinating die set to create a giant (and scrumptious looking) cake! The project features Mocha Pawsitively Saturated Ink as the color for the icing (perfect for the Mocha Mousse color!) and I also used Dark Chocolate cardstock to die cut the Bubble Script Birthday set.
I also used some other fun colors from our Pawsitively Saturated Ink collection to color my background and cake pieces. The stencil used to create the background was our popular Mix and Match Circles. The fun sprinkles on the cake are a great Funfetti mix from Pretty Pink Posh. I even added some Rainbow Gem stickers to the background for an extra pop of sparkle!

Punny Pandas! New Lawn Fawn Belated Birthday Card!
Hi friends! Happy Sunday! Please join me in a warm welcome back to special guest Chari Moss on our blog to share a fun Lawn Fawn birthday card! Read on and enjoy!
Hello Crafty Friends! Who else is terrible at sending Birthday Cards? Not just me right? Well, today I wanted to share how you can take any Lawn Fawn critter and make a great birthday, or belated birthday card.
I Heart Pandas is the newest addition to the Lawn Fawn critter family but with a little added magic any image can be ready for a party! The best thing about Lawn Fawn stamps is how well they work together. All the Party Hats and All The Smiles are perfect sets for adding a little bit of birthday fun.
I dressed my pandas up with party hats from All the Party Hats. By they way, there are also some great sentiments in this set too. And I added a birthday cake from All the Smiles and borrowed a balloon bunch from Yappy Birthday.
The Four Square Backdrop is one of my favorite dies for cards. I think because you can tell a story, kind of like a comic book! Oh Shoot! The little panda at the top forgot his friend’s birthday! So he’s off to gather up more friends to help celebrate but it looks like his birthday buddy is already all partied out and ready for a nap. I hope this has inspired you to take some of your favorite critters and make some birthday cards to send to friends, even if they are a little late!
