Sweet NEW Easter Inspiration from Lawn Fawn!
Hi friends! Happy Wednesday! Please join me in giving a warm welcome back to our blog as a guest, Audrey Tokach! She’s showcasing some adorable new Spring products from Lawn Fawn! Read on to learn more and enjoy!

Hello friends! Audrey here with an Easter card to share with you using the new Spring release from Lawn Fawn! To create my card, I cut the pink floral pattern from the 12×12 collection pack of the Bitsy Blooms patterned paper using the largest die from the Outside In Stitched Rectangles dies. I cut a window in the panel using the Lawn Fawn Outside In Easter Egg Stackables and Easter Egg Frames dies. Nesting Ovals dies would also work beautifully to create a window. I backed window with the pink plaid paper from the Bitsy Blooms 6×6 Petite Paper Pack.
For my focal point, I used the new Build-A-Bunny dies and Build-A-Bunny Accessories dies to create an adorable little girl bunny holding a flower to match the patterned paper, and surrounded her with tiny diecut carrots which can be found in the Build-A-Bunny Accessories die set. For a sentiment, I used the new Henry’s Build-A-Sentiment: Bunny Puns for the first part of my greeting, stamped in Raspberry ink onto an Everyday Sentiment Banner diecut and then used the new Scripty Easter and Scripty Easter Outline dies to create a layered diecut to finish the greeting. Then, I used more of Bitsy Blooms 12×12 collection pack papers to add a plaid layer to an A2 card base before adhering the focal point. To finish things off, I added some white gel pen accents.

3 WAYS to add Visual Interest on a Mixed Media Card: Crafty With Caly!
Hi everyone! It’s Caly Person here today!
Today’s project uses products from the Simon Says Stamp April 2025 Card Kit – Butterfly Blossoms. There’s mixed media involved and loads of fun!
I created my background first, since that requires the use of collage medium and texture paste. I tore a piece of Tim Holtz idea-ology Serendipity collage paper that I wanted to use and adhered it to the patterned paper from the Paper Rose Bees & Butterflies collection with some Simple Stories Color Palette Warm washi tape using Distress Collage Medium Matte. Be sure to check out the full video below to see it come together!
WATCH THE VIDEO:
I also added the Tim Holtz Sparkle Texture Paste to some butterflies on another piece of patterned paper to give them shimmer and planned to fussy-cut the butterflies to use later. While the background and butterflies dried, I worked on stamping the floral image from the Butterfly Blossoms set and ink-blended it with the coordinating Butterfly Blossoms stencils.
To add color to the background, I used Distress Pearl Mica Crayons in Tart Cranberry, Hocus Pocus, and Winterberry. Distress Crayons are so easy to use, especially over Distress Collage Medium Matte. I simply scribbled the color on and blended it with my index finger, rubbing into place.
I stamped the sentiment and distressed the edges with Antique Linen Distress Ink. I then matted both the background and the sentiment panel over some Honey cardstock, which was included in the kit. For added interest, I ran both panels through my sewing machine and added double stitching along the border. To finish, I fussy-cut some butterflies and added them to my card.
I hope you enjoyed this mixed media project! Thanks so much for visiting!
